JP Morgan Chase Harassment

credit_cardsOk - I can kind of sort of understand a credit card company calling to find out why your payment is late, but what I can't handle is abusive harassment. JP Morgan Chase calls the house at least 15-20 times per day. It's to the point of once an hour. The best - you answer the phone only to be told to "hold for an important message" - if it were that important, shouldn't a real person f*%ing call?????

This is crazy and I wondered if anyone had any resources or solutions to share. Can you block their calls? Is there any kind of consumer protection against this? We've explained the situation to them I don't know, maybe 50 times over the past few months but they still call and honestly, it's harassment.

In addition to the calls  we've been getting from Chase, we also get about 20 calls a day from 800-395-2274. Everytime I answer, they hang up. I looked the number up on google today and found some interesting and useful information - the first one is a link - EVERYONE should know about. Pass it on.
