So Liz (the apple doesn't fall far from the wacko tree) the other night defending the Birthers – a right wing group hell bent on proving that Barack Obama is not a United States citizen and may in fact be from another planet with the technology to go back in time and forge documents. All despite the overwhelming proof to the contrary.
Why is this crap even coming up again? Doesn't the Republicans-Conservative-GOP have enough going on in the way of embarrassment without adding this to it? I don't even know what to call them anymore as their so divided it's hard to figure out where they stand on anything.
While this is just another example of xenophobic hillbilly hatred coming from people who can't stand that there's a black guy making decisions, it's not necessarily a party stand and can't be attributed to the Republican party as a whole. But when Liz Cheney comes out defends the Birther wing nuts and claims to speak for the GOP it becomes their problem.
Here are a couple of things that may help:
Barack Obama's birth certificate.
The 1961 announcement of his birth a Honolulu newspaper.
Yeah, yeah, I know. All forged. Somehow the Obama family new enough to get this in the paper from Kenya a few decades ago to complete the evil plot they were manufacturing.
The birth certificate was forged too. By the CIA. Probably during the Bush senior years to make it extra ironic.
When you have to align yourself with crazy people that will basically believe anything you tell them because that's the only base you have left it might be time to start looking at your own values and ideals.
