When it comes to politics nobody knows more about the struggling middle class than Laura Bush and Cindy McCain. Their husbands are fighting for us and feel the pain of the blue collar families fighting to keep their homes and put food on the table.

How could they not understand with wardrobes like the ones they wore at the RNC.

I’ve had a hard week. I got some comments from people, worried that something happened to the blog. I’ve not been updating it regularly. To be honest I’ve been disgusted with the way things are going. Politics is one thing and The Daily Show from September 3 in this clip pretty much says it all.

Then on the 4th they kept the ball rolling. Giuliani can’t go five minutes without mentioning 9/11, Romney blames all the problems in this country on the last two years of Democrats in the House. Never mind the last eight years and all the veto’s. Palin reads a great teleprompter though.

Palin and the others remind me of all the douchebags I couldn’t stand in High School. The ones that ran for school council or class president by calling the other guy names. I sat on my back porch last night, on the verge of tears because it occured to me that these shitheads presume that we are stupid, naive, and forgetful. What saddens me is that judging from the polls, they’re right.
